Trauma-Informed
Holotropic Breathwork
Rhythmic breathing. Evocative music. Nervous system regulation to expand capacity.
Group Holotropic Breathwork
Group sessions last roughly 90 minutes and are focused on balancing and regulating the nervous system. My trauma-informed approach creates a safe container for this work. Everything in a choice and it’s about stretching to your own personal edge.
If you are new to holotropoic breathwork, I encourage you to try a series of sessions. Those 3-4 sessions will help you build a basis of nervous system regulation. If you are in high-stress roles (ex healthcare worker, teacher, C-suite, parent of small children) it might take longer to build capacity.
After the initial course of 3-4 sessions, I encourage ongoing maintenance sessions. Just like anything else in life we care about - our cars, our houses, our teeth - we have routine maintenance. Nervous system care is hygiene like showering, nutrition, water intake, regular massages and movement. What does ‘maintenance’ look like for you? It’s individual. We can schedule a call to discuss or you can feel out what’s right for you.
Individual Holotropic Breathwork
Individual sessions last roughly 75-90 minutes. These are catered to you and your specific needs! Individual work begins with a needs assessment. We discuss your stress level, current nervous system care and goals for breathwork.
We collaborate on a plan that works best for you, your schedule and your busy life. Individual courses may include a series of several sessions close together followed by ‘maintenance’ sessions every other week, monthly or every other month. It just depends on your needs and schedule. Just like building muscle, balancing the nervous system takes time and care - and you’re worth it!
