*Equity pricing model; full series commitment required; installment payments accepted
This is an 8-week in-person container meant to catalyze women’s rage into something purposeful. Not by shrinking it, but by honoring it as sacred intelligence.
This series is for women who feel the heat of anger—at home, at work, in their relationships, and in response to today’s sociopolitical climate—and are ready to transform it into something meaningful. This small, supportive group is for women who are tired of minimizing themselves, carrying rage alone, or expressing it in ways that don’t feel aligned, and who want practical tools for working with anger in community. Each session offers an integrative mind–body–spirit approach so participants can cultivate self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and channel their power toward meaningful change.
Through the lens of the divine feminine—intuition, truth-telling, boundaries, creation, and fierce compassion—you’ll learn to work with anger in ways that feel steady, embodied, and powerful.
Each session blends:
Mindfulness + acceptance + compassion tools
Somatics (movement, nervous system regulation, holotropic breathwork, energy work)
Spiritual practices (non-religious rituals, values, manifesto creation)
You’re not here to “calm down.”
You’re here to alchemize in community with other women who understand. We are channeling emotions into action, awareness and catharsis.
Limited spots. Early bird registration is May 20th (and receive a free gift!) and final registration is June 5th.

Select the right level of investment based on your financial situation. This series has two trained and credentialed facilitators for two hours and we (Tiffany and Casey) wanted the investment to reflect the deep work that we are pouring into the series as well as meet people where they are. Each session is about half of a typical therapy session for two hours with two divine feminine facilitators.

Facilitators
“Every woman has a well-stocked arsenal of anger potentially useful against those oppressions, personal and institutional, which brought that anger into being. Focused with precision it can become a powerful source of energy serving progress and change.” -- Audre Lorde
Tiffany A. Graves, PsyD
Dr. Tiffany Graves is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of BROAD Integrative Wellness. She is devoted to women’s wellbeing and the kind of healing that restores voice, agency, and inner belonging. With over a decade of experience, she weaves third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies with experiential approaches—including IFS, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted work—to help women return to their own wisdom and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.
Tiffany holds anger as sacred information: a signal of what matters, what has been violated, and what is ready to be protected and reclaimed. As an Enneagram 1 and a Scorpio, her relationship with anger is personal—she understands both the ache of suppression, the shame of expression, and the power of alchemizing fire into purpose.
Casey Frazee Katz, LPCC-S
Casey Frazee Katz is a fierce advocate for humanity and compassion-in-action. She comes from a strong foundation in the mind-body-soul connection. She has been in private practice as a therapist for more than a decade and she brings 20 years of social justice experience to all of her work. Casey founded Intentionally as a vehicle for expanded post-traumatic growth work. She is a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and a Reiki II energy worker with a strong connection to her intuition. Casey’s focus has been on our subconscious mind. She enjoys working with clients to get into the ‘settings panel’ to help people intentionally reconstruct their lives as they heal.
